These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SocioPilots (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

SocioPilots lets you connect social media accounts, schedule posts across them, and configure automatic follow-up comments when those posts publish. Available platforms and features may change as the Service develops — see our Integrations page for what's currently supported.

Your account

• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must have the right to post to any social media account you connect to SocioPilots.
• You're responsible for the content you schedule and publish through the Service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use SocioPilots to violate the terms of service of any connected platform (for example, X or LinkedIn), to post spam or unlawful content, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans and their billing terms will be presented at signup once billing is enabled. Using a free trial does not obligate you to a paid plan; we'll always be clear about pricing before you're charged.

Intellectual property

SocioPilots and its branding are owned by us. You retain ownership of the content you create and schedule through the Service.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." We work to keep scheduling and publishing reliable, but we don't guarantee that every post will publish successfully — third-party platform outages or API changes are outside our control. Failed posts are reported in your dashboard so you always know the status.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SocioPilots is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You can stop using the Service and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these Terms.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do, and material changes will be communicated to active users.
